By creating an account or generating a report you accept these terms. They are governed by UAE law and any dispute is resolved in the courts of Dubai.
Damagix is a tool that helps you produce a property condition report from photos and video you capture, supported by AI defect detection. The report is your record. Damagix is not a licensed inspector, surveyor, valuer, lawyer, or court witness.

This makes the document tamper-evident. It does not constitute a legal judgment about who owes what — that is for the parties to agree or for a court to decide.
Reports are priced flat by property size: 249 / 349 / 499 AED inclusive of 5% UAE VAT. Payment goes through Apple in-app purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). The receipt issued by Apple / Google is your tax invoice; we additionally render a UAE-compliant Tax Invoice block inside the PDF.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their standard policies. When a refund is processed, we automatically void the report — the public verify page returns "Report Revoked", and any related broker commission is voided.
Each tier permits 10 photos per declared room. The cap is enforced server-side. To exceed it, pick the next tier up.
When you send a report to a counterparty, they sign via UAE Pass (TDRA OAuth2) or a magic link sent to their email / phone. Their signature is captured as a JWT or assertion JSON and bound to the report. They have 24 hours to act on a magic link before it expires.

The AI defect descriptions are suggestions. You are the human in the loop — you confirm, edit, or reject every defect before the report is generated. We are not liable for AI output you accepted without review.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account for breach of these terms. Reports already issued remain in the verification log as revoked; the underlying media is purged within 30 days of account deletion.
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability per claim is the price you paid for the affected report. Our service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that the AI catches every defect or that the network is always reachable.
Brokers earn a commission (default 25%) on Damagix reports paid for by users they referred. Refunds void the commission. Payouts are made by manual IBAN transfer monthly. No portal fee, no exclusivity.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
