Server-stamped, not phone-stamped

Every photo's timestamp comes from our server, not your phone. Editing the EXIF doesn't change the record.

GPS + bearing on every frame

The watermark on the photo includes coordinates and compass bearing — you can prove where in the property the defect was.

SHA-256 + QR verification

Every PDF carries a QR code linking to a public verify page that re-renders the file's hash. Anyone can verify the document hasn't been altered.

Both sides sign

Counterparty signs by UAE Pass (TDRA OAuth2) or one-time magic link. Both signatures attach to the same record.

UAE Tax Invoice built in

Every paid report ships with a 5% VAT inclusive tax invoice — Ejari + Makani fields rendered in the header for the FTA.

Reports survive even if we vanish

The verify page is hosted on Cloudflare. The PDF lives on R2. The hash is your independent proof — no Damagix, no problem.

How long does an inspection take?

15-25 minutes for a 2-3BR apartment. The AI logs defects as you walk so you don't sit and type — just point, capture, confirm.

What's the difference between move-in and move-out?

Same engine, different metadata. The move-out report can compare photos to the move-in baseline and shows a confidence score per room — what changed and what didn't.

Can I use the report in court / with RERA?

Yes — the QR code on the PDF links to a public page that re-renders the SHA-256 of the document. Any third party (judge, RERA officer, broker) can verify the file hasn't been altered. UAE Pass signatures are TDRA-grade identity proofs.

Is my data stored anywhere?

Photos and the PDF live on Cloudflare R2 (UAE-region edge). Your name, email, and inspection metadata sit in our database. We don't sell any of it. You can delete a report at any time and the verify page will return "Report Revoked".

What if I need more than 10 photos per room?

Pick the next size up — Villa covers up to 8 rooms × 10 photos = 80 frames. For larger portfolios, email us for a custom quote.

Do you support Arabic?

v1 is English-only. Arabic side-by-side reports ship in Phase 2 — same engine, bilingual rendering with the FTA-recognised Cairo font.
