Is the report accepted by RERA and Dubai courts?

Yes. Each report contains a SHA-256 cryptographic hash, GPS coordinates, a server-side timestamp, and a QR verification link. These elements satisfy the evidentiary requirements for RERA dispute filings and UAE civil court submissions.

How many photos can I take per room?

Up to 10 photos per room, across any number of rooms. The total capacity scales with your property — a 3-bedroom apartment can have up to 30+ photos across all rooms and common areas.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled securely through Apple Pay (iOS) or Google Pay (Android) — the same payment methods you use for any App Store or Google Play purchase. No card details are ever stored by Damagix.

When do I receive the PDF?

Instantly after payment. The PDF is generated server-side, SHA-256 hashed, and emailed to you within seconds. You can also download it directly from the app.

Does the app work offline?
